Natalie was previously the director of marketing at EATEL, the largest family-owned telecommunications provider in Louisiana. She led their hypergrowth and rebrand efforts, unifying the company after a series of acquisitions into one regional brand – REV. Before landing at REV, Natalie was head of digital experience and digital marketing at Blue Cross and Blue shield of Louisiana. In her 11-year career at Blue, she built the digital team and capabilities from the ground up. She oversaw the websites, mobile app, social media, member self-service tools, telemedicine and served on the enterprise customer experience steering committee. She also worked closely with the Chief Medical Officer and the clinical team to improve enrollment and experience in the care and disease management programs. Her goal was to make healthcare easy to understand, access and use – a mission she still believes in and fits perfectly with her now role here at Premier.
