Stephanie Sommer

Stephanie Sommer serves as Premier Health’s Director of Supply Management. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in all facets of healthcare supply chain, including strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and contract management. She has dedicated her career to elevating the supply chain departments under her direction by bringing value both in process development/improvement and cost savings initiatives.  In addition to her background in supply chain, Stephanie is experienced in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, project management, project implementation, and change management.

In addition to her professional experience, Stephanie served on the Board of the Institute of Supply Management – Baton Rouge Chapter since 2015, serving as President from 2017-2022.  She is inspired daily by her husband and son. In her free time, Stephanie likes to travel, spend time with her Goldendoodles, and relax in her backyard oasis.
