2025 W-2s will be available electronically through Paylocity beginning January 16th. You may log into your Paylocity account on or after this date to securely access and download your W-2. In addition, Paylocity will mail a physical copy of your W-2 to the mailing address currently on file. These paper copies will be sent on January 31st.
