Dean Erwin
Nurse Practioner at Lake After Hours Care Urgent Care in Baton Rouge, LA.
•Served at Premier Health in different roles. He first served as a Registered Nurse/Clinic manager and helped open the original Central and Hammond clinics while obtaining his Master’s in Nursing.
•Dean has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years and returned home to Urgent Care in 2018.
•In his words: “The thing I love the most about my job is that I am able to provide quality patient care for the people in the community where I grew up.”
