LCMC Health Urgent Care Expanding to Kenner

Kenner, La. (March 3, 2022) – Today, East Jefferson Urgent Care in Kenner, through a partnership with LCMC Health, is announcing its new name, LCMC Health Urgent Care. Now under the LCMC Health family of hospitals, the urgent care clinic will continue to deliver the same convenient, quality care Kenner residents have come to expect.

Other services offered at LCMC Health Urgent Care include rapid COVID-19 testing and occupational health services for workplace injuries, DOT/Non-DOT physicals, blood analysis, return-to-work exams, and drug testing.

Regardless of the diagnosis, when higher-level care is needed, urgent care patients have direct access to world-class follow-up care through LCMC Health’s family of affiliated hospitals. Appointments are never necessary, however, patients can reduce wait time by accessing online check-in ahead of time. LCMC Health Urgent Care also offers patients access to EPIC MyChart for added convenience and continuity of care.

LCMC Health Urgent Care in Kenner is located at 708 W. Esplanade Avenue and will extend the hours of operation to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Most major insurance plans are accepted.
