Jake Blanchard
Director, Occupational Health Services
Jake Blanchard is the director of occupational health services at Premier Health. Jake started with Premier in 2019 as a center manager in the Baton Rouge region prior to his current position. As a director, he oversees occupational health implementation, new and ongoing staff training, vendor accounts, client/clinic relations and daily operation of Total Occupational Medicine. Jake has 15 years of experience as a registered nurse with the last 10 years dealing specifically with occupational health. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2009. He is a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses and the Urgent Care Association of America. Jake married the love of his life in 2015 and is a father to two beautiful children. He enjoys RV camping, fishing, and biking when time permits.
