As CFO, Lisa Napier Martin oversees all aspects of Premier Health’s finance and accounting activities. Martin brings a wealth of CFO experience to Premier. In addition to Steward Healthcare of Boston, where she was the regional chief financial officer of 12 hospitals throughout Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, Martin served as the market CFO for Northwest Health in Northwest, Ark., and the CFO at several hospitals for Tenet Health Care in Atlanta as well as HCA in several regions across the country. Aside from traditional CFO responsibilities, Martin is experienced in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, academic medical centers, joint ventures, and managing physician practices and clinics. Martin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University.
