Lynda Smithers

Lynda Smithers has worked for community mental health with mental illness as a mental health worker for 22 years. She has been working for Mercy Health since 2016 as a registered medical assistance in internal medicine/pediatrics, phone triage and working the front desk as a CSR. In 2017 Lynda became site lead for urgent care, where her passion is, and then became clinic supervisor where she opened 2 urgent cares and lead 2 different clinical teams. She joined Premier Health Urgent care in 2021 as a Regional Administrator and manages all Michigan, Iowa, and Kansas urgent care clinics. Lynda was born and raised in Michigan, and is married with 3 children and 8 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and spending time on Lake Michigan with her husband on their boat in the summertime.
