Melissa Caruso is the Vice-President of Legal and Corporate Development. In her role as an in-house attorney, Melissa oversees all corporate legal activities. She’s also involved in other aspects of Premier’s business, including partnership development, compliance, and operational projects. Melissa was formerly an associate with Kean Miller Law Firm and completed her MBA from IE University in Madrid, Spain. She also served as Vice President of Fund Development for the Junior League of Baton Rouge.
