Pamela Ballard

Pam Ballard is the Regional Administrator for LCMC Health Urgent Care and Total Urgent Care. She is responsible for the management of multiple clinical entities, maintaining communication and relationships with hospital partners, assisting with policy implementation in the clinics, managing clinic budgets, and participating in new clinic set-up and employee training. She has more than 20 years of healthcare experience in both hospital and multi-specialty settings. Pam received her Certificate of Training and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi, and her Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of New Orleans.
