After months of hard work by clinical and administrative compliance teams, all Premier Health-affiliated clinics have once again earned accreditation status from the Urgent Care Association. In a letter from the UCA, Executive Director of Quality Tracy Patterson said, “I am pleased to inform you that Premier Health successfully completed the requirements for UCA Accreditation. On behalf of the Urgent Care Association (UCA), I would like to congratulate you for achieving this honor. Your accreditation affirms your commitment to providing quality care, focused patient safety and excellent clinical outcomes. On behalf of UCA, I appreciate your dedication to the urgent care community and look forward to your continued involvement with the association. Once again, congratulations on this significant achievement.” Premier Health has been actively involved in promoting accreditation for urgent care and was one of the first operators in the nation to be granted the distinction.
The UCA also announced Premier Health is being awarded the Antibiotic Stewardship and Specialty Training Commendations for the meeting requirements above and beyond the accreditation process. Kris Sanchez, Premier’s Director of Compliance and her team, along with the training and clinical development team have done amazing work, and we want to thank them and everyone else involved in achieving this distinction. Bravo!
